- Deferred Cash Payment at 0% Interest
- Bank Financing with 20% Down Payment and 80% Loanable Amount
4. Payment can be made at our Project Site with our Site Officers.
- Reservation can be paid in Cash, dated Checks.
- Along with Reservation Fee and Filled out Reservation Form is 2 is valid ID's
- Reservation Fee is Php. 20,000 for Avida Projects
- Reservation Fee is Php. 50,000 for Alveo Projects
- Reservation Fee is Php. 100,00 for Ayala Land Premier Projects
- For Spot Cash Payment, 2 valid(Gov't) ID's and TIN Number
- For Deferred Cash payment, 2 valid(Gov't) ID's and TIN Number
- For Bank Financing, Income Documents like:
Certificate of Employment for Local
*Business Permit, Audited Fin. Statement for clients with Business
*Job Contract for OFW
*3 Months(latest) Banks Statements
*3 Months Credit Card Statement
*3 Months(latest) Payslip
*2 valid ID's and TIN Number
*Passport for OFW
Post Dated Checks for Remaining Payments or Auto Debit Accounts at BPI.
6. For clients abroad, would need an Attorney In-Fact (Representatives), will consularized a Special Power of Atty. (SPA), SPA forms and Reservation Form will be provided.
7. Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute of Sale are for process and will be mailed at your registered mailing address.
8. You will be updated and assisted not only at Turnover of Units but for other concerns after turnover.
