Good day! I'm Jerome, your friendly Real Estate Broker with PRC License 0012399 and HLURB registration. Just sharing simple tips, please share if you find it useful! Thanks!

4 (mga) puna:

  1. Sir ask ko lang I been in real estate as agent for 5 years, pero hindi po ako na ka graduate ng Bachelor degree ko under graduate po ako pwede pa rin po ba ako mag take ng broker test? Thanks

    1. Good day Cris! Medyo matagal ng naimplement yong RESA Law at since then naghigpit na sila tungkol sa Brokers Examinations, infact merun na tayong Bachelors Degree in Real Estate that soon become a pre-requisite for Brokers Exam kaya unfortunately kailangan na ngayon ang Degree to qualify for Examinations.

  2. What if the company im working in is not related to real estate, can i still take the exam or do i really need to provide a notarized certification by employer of his/her experience or pre-requisite Certificate of registration (COR) and/ or professional Identification Card (PIC) or DTI License (Real Estate Consultants)?

  3. Maraming salamat sir jerome sa pagpopost nito. I'm encouraging kasi my son to be a sales agent of Megaworld someday. He is a graduating High School student and I'm telling him na malaki kita sa industry na ito kaya dapat pagbutihin niya. Salamat ulit sir!
